The Sacramento Valley National Cemetery Support Committee (SVNCSC) coordinates the Memorial Day Service at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery every Memorial Day. Each year, there is a guest speaker and a speaker from California Department of Veteran Affairs.

For the first time in 2011, the 59th Army Band, “The Governor’s Own”, 1st Sgt Kenn Cassius, Conductor played at the ceremony. It is our hope that this tradition continues forward to future ceremonies.
