The Sacramento Valley National Cemetery Support Committee (SVNCSC) is a nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. The property of this corporation is irrevocably dedicated to public purposes and no part of the income or assets of this corporation shall ever enure to the benefit of any director, officer, or member thereof or to the benefit of any private person.

The Cemetery Support Committee is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The specific purpose of this nonprofit corporation is to provide support and assistance to the Sacramento Valley VA National Cemetery in planning and presenting appropriate ceremonies on national holidays, and other activities that benefit the National Cemetery.

The Support Committee grants funds to Sacramento Valley National Cemetery for beautification and enhancement, to purchase flower cones and landscape materials. The Support Committee organizes and hosts the annual Memorial Day and Wreaths Across America ceremonies.
